We first found Derek on social media several years ago when we were renovating our home, and we’ve used him for multiple bespoke projects ever since. From our kitchen and master bedroom wardrobes to hallway shoe storage and, most recently, a media wall, every single piece has been beautifully designed to make the most of our space, with a really high-quality finish and personal touches you just wouldn’t get from a high street supplier.

Derek is brilliant at bringing our ideas together, offering his experience and advice while making sure the end result works for us and our home. We love his signature brass banding, attention to detail and the way he makes even awkward spaces work perfectly. He really is a carpentry magician!

He’s also incredibly helpful if anything needs adjusting or fixing, and recently managed to fit in our media wall at short notice when we needed it done quickly. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble.

We couldn’t recommend Derek more. He’s a lovely person, exceptionally talented, and if you’re lucky enough to get a spot in his diary, go for it!

Derek recently designed and made a bookcase and dressing table for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The originality of his designs and the quality of his workmanship are excellent. Both pieces have been beautifully made and fitted by Derek and his team. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

Derek is amazing at all work, he has done so much for me at work, building everything i need i wouldn’t use anyone else! Cupboards, wardrobes , shelving you name it his work is always 100%!

I’m so pleased with my cupboards and desk. They look beautiful, and have changed the whole look and usefulness of the room.
